Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop the overall training strategy, learning paths, and delivery approach.
• Define role-based training requirements and create a train-the-trainer framework.
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials using SAP Enable Now (SEN), including simulations, recordings, and job aids.
• Support SEN administration, content management, and end-user support activities.
• Partner with Business Process Owners, Key Users, Change Management, and Project teams to ensure training aligns with business processes and organizational goals.
• Deliver training sessions and coordinate training schedules, communications, and logistics.
• Track participation, learner feedback, and adoption metrics, recommending additional learning interventions as needed.

We're looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager who will be responsible for executing organic demand generation initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline growth. The successful candidate will develop content, create email nurture programs, build campaigns and workflows in HubSpot, support webinar and event marketing initiatives, and analyze performance to optimize results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute organic demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and support business growth.
• Create campaign assets including email sequences, landing pages, webinar promotions, case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content.
• Build and manage marketing campaigns directly within HubSpot, including workflows, lead nurture programs, segmentation, forms, and reporting.
• Support webinar, virtual event, and conference promotion from registration through post-event follow-up.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content development, campaign execution, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate complex industry topics into compelling marketing content.
• Execute email marketing and nurture campaigns that support prospects throughout the buyer journey.
• Manage project timelines, campaign deliverables, and marketing calendars to ensure successful execution.

This is a hands-on consulting opportunity suited to an experienced instructional designer who can independently take learning initiatives from initial requirements and needs analysis through storyboarding, development, testing, and final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, interactive eLearning courses using Articulate 360
• Create learning materials including simulations, scenario-based learning, branching activities, microlearning, videos, animations, and just-in-time resources
• Develop storyboards, course maps, learning objectives, assessments, facilitator resources, and supporting documentation
• Translate complex business and technology concepts into clear, accessible learning experiences
• Develop and edit instructional videos using Camtasia or comparable video editing tools
• Review and modernize existing learning materials to improve usability, engagement, and long-term maintainability
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning theory throughout the development process
• Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate delivery methods and learning solutions
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Manage multiple learning initiatives and priorities while meeting project timelines
• Support learning initiatives related to emerging technologies, enterprise applications, workplace policies, onboarding, and employee development

Responsibilities:

• Translate the operating manual from English to Spanish while preserving meaning, tone, and instructional clarity.
• Review source documents carefully to identify terminology, formatting, and context requirements before beginning translation work.
• Work through a substantial documentation volume efficiently, managing assigned hours and deliverables within the scope of the contract.
• Perform quality checks on translated materials to confirm accuracy, consistency, and completeness before submission.

Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with physician members by responding to coverage questions and providing clear guidance on available insurance and benefits options.

• Partner closely with the advisory team to coordinate member support, prepare client information, and help move cases forward efficiently.

• Explain eligibility, enrolment details, and plan features related to group benefits, health coverage, and dental programs in an accurate and accessible way.

• Deliver attentive client service by addressing issues promptly, following up on outstanding items, and helping resolve policy or administrative concerns.

• Maintain detailed client records and interactions within CRM and related office systems to support service continuity and reporting.

• Assist with sales support activities by identifying member needs, sharing suitable product information, and contributing to a positive client experience.

• Participate in onboarding and training programs to strengthen product knowledge, service capability, and understanding of internal processes.

• Support administrative and office functions tied to account management, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
